However, due to system limitations, your account is tied to your provided email address and cannot be changed. Account Cancellation / Termination and Data Deletion

Crosstown Mailorder maintains secure digital records and print backups of certain records in a private location. If a user requests account cancellation from Crosstown Mailorder, or has their account terminated by Crosstown Mailorder staff, the user’s data and personal information will be deleted within 30 days. This deletion is total, including submitted ID images, order records and invoices, and destruction of any hard copies.

In some instances, if Crosstown Mailorder deems that the user poses a safety or security concern, Crosstown Mailorder may keep a user’s name and ID on file to prevent the user’s re-registration. However, all other data is deleted.



Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time, and all updates will be posted on this page. Crosstown Mailorder will make an effort to contact users via their provided email addresses if there are any such changes.
